We will be out at Memorial Park at 5:30am. This is open to everyone. We are likely to be out there for 2 more weeks before bringing it indoors at the Black Wolf brick and mortar location at 5701 Irvington Blvd. 

 

Warm Up: 3 Rounds of

50/25/25 Jump Rope

5 Air Squats (Slow-Focus on hips back first movement. Wiggle the toes at the bottom)

25m Run

25m Backwards Run

5 Air Squats

Mobility:

Pigeon Stretch 1:30 p/ side

Core: 

3x5 Captain Morgans per Leg per Side 

MetCon: 16:00 EMOM

Minute 1- 9 Push Ups

Minute 2- 12 Goblet Squats

Minute 3- 15 Kb Swings (overhead)

Minute 4-18 Russian Twists
