At 0:00 on the clock, complete 15 slam balls (~:30). With the remaining time in the minute, rest. At 1:00 on the clock, complete 12 kb swings (~:25). With the remaining time, rest. At 2:00 on the clock, complete 9 burpees (~:35). With the remaining time, rest. Continue until you have worked for 12:00 and completed 5 rounds of each movement. 

Cool Down: Walk the Black Wolf down the street and back (walk your dog or go for a stroll!)
