Our FIT101 program is made up of 45 minute boot camp classes run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45pm and 6:30pm! These classes are run by the AMAZING Leslie and Adrianna and are set up to be easy to jump into. 

You get 7 consecutive days to try it out as many times as you are able to! Get moving, lose weight, see a muscle you've never seen before, and get happy! Simple as that! :) 

Conditioning: 5 x200m run w/ rest

10 power bar/dumbbell/barbell thruster (modify accordingly)
10 Slamballs
3 Inchworms
30 Jump Ropes
