This Monday marks the beginning of week 4 of the nutrition challenges. Abs have begun to emerge, clothes are fitting loose around the waist and long runs aren't feeling totally terrible! Stay disciplined this week. After 3 weeks we may find ourselves pleasantly satisfied with what has been accomplished so we begin to give ourselves a bit more wiggle room. DON'T DO IT! Stay the course! Those halloween costumes need to look good! ;)
Our FIT101 Boot Camp meets today at 5:45 and 6:30pm! We are looking to grow it a bit more so be sure to tell your friends! Classes are just 45 minutes long and there is still a FREE week to try it all out.
Strength/Stamina: Death by Clean and Jerk (135#/95#)
Every minute on the minute execute the corresponding number of clean and jerks. 1 in the first, 2 in the second, 3 in the third, etc. until you are not able to complete the prescribed number in the :60 seconds.
