Remember, we do offer our boot camp program at 5:45pm and 6:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays! We also welcome our FIT101 clients at 9am on Saturday mornings! So if boot camp seems more appealing to you then come by and give it a shot! 

 

The workouts are written specifically for those who just want to get moving again. We can change things to make them easier or harder depending on each individuals abilities so everyone gets a great workout! 

 

Classes are 45 minutes long so you are in and out! Come by and try it out today! Your FREE week starts whenever you'd like! 

 

The Squat: 5x5 goblet squats going up in weight if comfortable
