This is a complete experiment and, as always, the 5am will be the ready and willing guinea pigs on which the rest of the day will be based! I look forward to doing this with the 5:30p class. It should be quite a sight!
Death By Assault Air Bike- +1 Cal Each Minute
Death By Burpee- +3 Reps Each Minute
Death by Row- +5/3 Cal Each Minute
Death by Toes to Bar- +1 Rep Each Minute
Each station will cap at 8:00 and have a 2:00 rest between the first and second as well as third and fourth stations. There will be a 5:00 rest between the second and third stations.
