Thursdays are REST DAYS! If you missed a workout or just need to get moving then feel free to join us at 5:45 or 6:30pm for our FIT101 Boot Camp Classes! The workouts will get take care of you just fine and we'd love to have you.
However, REST AND RECOVERY ARE AS IMPORTANT TO YOUR FITNESS GOALS so if you are able, take it easy. Go for a run or a walk or go do yoga or play basketball or volleyball! Have fun with your fitness!
