On Thursdays we take 15-20 minutes at the beginning of class to spend some time working through a series of yoga poses offered up by our friends over at ROMWOD.com. I'd highly recommend y'all check them out when you get the chance. A little yoga to start your day or end your day or to warm you up before heading to the gym is always a great idea.
