Every Thursday we begin our classes with 15-20 minutes of yoga following the instruction of the guys at ROMWOD.com! This is a great active recovery practice and helps us reset after three hard days of training.

C) 800m Run + ME Cindy (5 Pull ups/10 Push Ups/15 Air Squats)
-Score of each ME is taken during the 2:00 Transition. Cindy is worth 30 points per round.
