The Strength: 5 Supersets (2 Warm Up Sets without supersets before beginning)

7 Strict Press 

7-12 Dumbbell Lateral Raises 

7-12 Dumbbell Front Raises 

1:30 to 2:00 Rest 

The Conditioning: 9:00 AMRAP 

1 Muscle Up (2 Chest to Bar or 3 Pull Ups) (2 Attempts per Round then Move on)

2 Chest to Bar (3 Pull Ups)

3 Pull Ups 

30 Double Unders 

-If you have chest to bar but not pull ups then it would be 4 chest to bar plus 3 pull ups

-If you only have pull ups then it would be 9 pull ups
