FREE Community Workouts at Black Wolf

Welcome to First Saturday at Black Wolf!

On the first Saturday of every month we open our doors at 8am & 9:30am to anyone interested in trying out one of our workouts. It’s a low stress way to try a workout and to see if this is the place you want to chase your goals. Whether you are hoping to lose weight, gain muscle, build confidence, or just get the therapeutic release that comes from moving your body consistently, I think you’ll find we can help get you there!

The classes are one hour long and you will get the chance to meet our team of coaches and a few of the amazing humans who workout with us.

And the workouts are for all levels, just like our classes. Turns out, asking you to do something you are not ready for isn’t a great idea for you or for me. So why would I do that?

You are going to have a great workout and be able to walk away smiling afterwards. It’s always better to be left wanting more.

I would love to see you in one of these classes if you get the chance.

If you do plan on coming, no sign up is necessary. You’ll sign a waiver when you arrive and you’ll be good to go.

We are down a bit of alley so the moment you hit the fork in the road at the edge of the apartments, hang a right down the alley you would never otherwise turn down. If you pass town homes you have gone too far.
