Our CrossFit program offers 1 hour classes led start to finish by a team of people dedicated to connecting with you and helping you progress toward your individual goals. Workouts are different day to day so the variation always offers a new challenge each time you walk in. And CrossFit is for anyone willing to try due to the principle of infinite scalability: We write one workout on the board and then tailor it to the ability & experience levels of each person in the class.

Consistency Leads to Progress

There is no progress without consistency. But life is really good at throwing challenges in our path and knocking us back. The CrossFit program offers a number of motivating factors that will help you overcome low motivation when life tries to bring you down.

Some days you have the motivation to show up and work hard. On other days, you don’t feel like working out but you look forward to seeing your friends at the gym. And when those don’t work, you know the coach is excited to get the chance to work with you.

Never Alone

The best part of the CrossFit classes is the fact that you never have to workout alone. There will be days where you are low on energy and the energy of others will keep you moving, and then on another day your energy helps the other people push through. And it is rare that we work as hard alone as we do when surrounded by others taking on the same challenge as us. Add a coach to the mix who is going to make sure your challenge is appropriate for you and you are able to push as hard as you are able with confidence.
